Monique Randle

Monique is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Sex Therapist (CST). As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and trauma and sex therapist, her passion is helping black and LGBTQ+ women who struggle with the cycle of toxic relationships, the trauma of abuse, abandonment, and betrayal plagued by feelings of worthlessness and fear, codependency and people-pleasing, and tired of conforming to societal expectations that don't fit who they truly are to help them build healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Monique holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) and has been a licensed therapist since 2009. She earned her certification as a Certified Sex Therapist from the Sexual Health Alliance in 2023. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help women heal from trauma, learn acceptance and values-based living, and address sexual concerns, communication, and boundaries. She has been trained in Technology Assisted Counseling which allows her to provide counseling over video, phone, or email.

Monique enjoys reading, listening to music, singing, being creative with art, and cooking in her spare time. She enjoys spending quality time with her family.
