Finding the right mental health care shouldn’t mean traveling far from home. Argenta Counseling offers counseling, psychiatric medication management, group counseling and intensive therapy for individuals, couples, children, teens and families throughout Central Arkansas, including Conway, Little Rock and the surrounding communities. personalized care
Support tailored to your goals
The right care starts with understanding more than your symptoms. It starts with learning about your experiences, what matters most to you and where you’d like to see change. Because everyone’s circumstances are different, your care should reflect your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
At Argenta Counseling, counseling, psychiatric medication management, group counseling and intensive therapy can all play a role in your care depending on what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll recommend an approach that supports your goals today while allowing room to adjust as your needs change over time.

Counseling offers a confidential place to talk openly, gain new perspectives and build practical strategies for navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re looking for a therapist in Conway or counseling closer to Little Rock, we provide care for individuals, couples, children, teens and families using approaches that reflect each person’s unique needs and goals.

Personalized Psychiatric Medication Management
Medication isn’t the right fit for everyone, but for some individuals it can be a valuable part of their overall care. Our providers take the time to understand your symptoms, medical history and treatment goals before making recommendations. If medication is appropriate, we’ll continue checking in along the way, monitoring how you’re doing and making adjustments as your needs evolve.

Specialized Group & Intensive Therapy Options
Sometimes moving forward means connecting with others who understand what you’re experiencing. Other times, it means dedicating focused time to working through a specific challenge. Group counseling and intensive therapy offer additional options that can complement your overall treatment plan.
