Anita has experience providing counseling to a variety of individuals in various settings. Anita is trained in trauma-informed care and utilizes a compassionate and evidenced based approach to meet her clients needs.

Anita holds an MA in Counseling from Webster University. Anita has worked with adults and children with a variety of needs, including grief and loss, adjustment/life changes, relationships concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety and personality disorders.

In her free time you can find Anita outside with her family, reading or cooking.
