Chakiah aims to create a warm and inviting space to allow clients to be vulnerable to change and healing. She works with her clients to find new or adjusted ways of coping with life’s challenges.
Chakiah earned a Master of Science in Counseling from John Brown University. She treats children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues. Her therapy approach is person-centered and includes techniques from evidenced-based therapy modalities.
Chakiah enjoys reading, crafting, exercising and spending time with her loved ones in her spare time. These loved ones include her dog Cleo and two cats Peaches and Cream.
Chakiah sees individuals ages 5 to 65.
