Christy is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and client-centered therapeutic services. She holds an MS in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She prefers to utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, she is here to support you on your journey toward healing and well-being.

Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, arts & crafts, traveling, and spending time with family. These activities help her to maintain balance and bring a sense of joy and fulfillment in life, which is important for a healthy therapeutic practice.
