Katherine believes that therapy is a partnership between the client and therapist and utilizes client centered goals, coupled with evidenced based approaches to provide a holistic and dynamic approach for achieving overall well-being.

As a prior military spouse, Katherine has an understanding of how military life can impact individuals and families and has done extensive work with PTSD and trauma, both military and civilian.

In her spare time, Katherine enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking, hanging out with her dogs, practicing yoga, and is an avid Star Wars fan.

Katherine is 100% telehealth and works with individual children and adults, as well as, couples.
