I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Henderson State University and bring 20+ years experience to AC&W. I have worked in higher education, acute inpatient settings, and outpatient. I primarily practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mixing in Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, along with Somatic Interventions.

I have extensive experience in working with those struggling through anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, and relationship issues.

I believe in treating people with dignity.

I spend much of my personal time with those I love and creating as many experiences as possible. I love music and try to attend as many live shows as possible. I also find peace in solitude with nature.

I look forward to meeting with you wherever you are in your mental health journey.

Neal sees adults ages 18 and up for individual, couples, and family counseling.
